2. Hosting and Content Delivery Network
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and delivered through its content delivery and security network. To provide the site securely and efficiently, Cloudflare processes technical connection data in the process, in particular visitors’ IP addresses.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely, reliably and with good performance. Processing takes place under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Server Log Files
When you access the website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded in server log files: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not combined with other data sources.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purpose of technical delivery, stability and security of the website. Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for that purpose and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
4. SSL/TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar and the padlock symbol in your browser. When encryption is active, the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Fonts (Locally Hosted)
This website uses exclusively fonts stored locally on our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts), and no IP addresses are transmitted to font providers.
6. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, the information you provide — including your email address and the content of your message — is stored in order to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling of enquiries). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been conclusively dealt with and no statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
7. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). A message to the address stated above is sufficient to exercise these rights.
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
