Brand Hub is a role-based self-service portal so external and internal brand users retrieve the right assets themselves instead of asking marketing: agents download correct logos and exposé templates, the bank gets print-quality project images through a defined access, and press receives a curated kit with usage terms. Requests for new material route automatically to the Asset Factory, every use is logged for rights traceability, and access can be limited by time and topic. Honest scope: Frontify and Bynder are more mature as pure brand portals; the difference is that access is tied to the actual object, so an agent automatically sees only the units and current prices cleared for them — a link a brand-only portal without property data cannot make.
