For developers financing projects with bank debt, this module produces construction-progress reports in the format lenders expect and tracks loan covenants in one cockpit, drawing on the same milestone and payment data the Contract Desk and Unit Manager already hold. The fund-drawdown track ties disbursement requests to confirmed construction progress, keeping the financing side aligned with the project's real state rather than a separate spreadsheet.
