Flows & Playbooks
No-code automation with real-estate playbooks that fire on graph events.
A visual designer builds trigger-condition-action flows with branching logic, drawing on a library of best-practice playbooks that operate on real graph objects rather than generic app-to-app connections. A simulation mode tests a flow against historical data before it goes live, and approval gates force a human into sensitive automations such as termination notices. Cross-app triggers let an event in Close start a flow in Move-in, using triggers a channel-neutral tool simply does not have because it lacks the underlying data model.
Features
- Visual trigger-condition-action designer
- Real-estate playbook library on graph objects
- Simulation mode against historical data
- Mandatory-human approval gates
- Cross-app event triggers
- Versioning and rollback per published flow
