A nestable object hierarchy runs from portfolio through district, building, phase, unit, room, and component, as deep as the asset requires. Relationships between a person, a contract, a unit, and a case are first-class graph edges rather than foreign-key workarounds, and Vipe-DNA lives here as its own versioned object type that every app can reference. Bitemporal queries let you ask for the exact state as of a past date for year-end accounts and audits, and field-level permissions sit inside the graph rather than bolted on afterward. A natural-language question layer answers across the whole graph with cited sources.
