Knowledge Loop runs structured project retrospectives — plan versus actual on prices, leasing speed, target-group accuracy, amenity usage, and service costs — on a standardized template so projects stay comparable, then feeds the findings back into Scout's demand forecast, amenity optimizer, price indications, and personas. Each fed-back insight carries a confidence and significance figure, and Concierge checks for spurious correlations before anything returns to the models. It distills recurring successful sequences into copyable playbooks (client-internal, or opt-in and anonymized across clients) and confronts each project's original Scout concept hypothesis with the actual Vipe Index after occupancy. This closed loop from operations back to concept only works because Scout and Grow live in one system; its value grows with every completed project, making it the hardest part of the platform to copy.
