Building File
One digital building file for the whole lifecycle, organized by time and by place, opened by role.
Every building gets one file — plans, construction description, systems, warranties, maintenance, renovation history, WEG resolutions, energy certificates and photos — organized both chronologically and spatially, so each document sits in time and against a component, room or floor. For VipeOS new-build projects the file forms itself from Scout and Move-in data with no re-keying; for existing stock a scan-and-classify workflow migrates it. Role-based access gives a contractor only the slice relevant to their job, an owner their unit plus common-property documents, and a buyer a time-limited view for due diligence, with GDPR redaction of personal data and GoBD-compliant archiving of tax-relevant documents.
