Listing Sync

Listing Sync publishes from the Property Graph outward: OpenImmo XML to the portals that support it, plus a dedicated connector for ImmoScout24's proprietary format. A price change in the Graph pushes synchronously to every active portal with a change log, and a unit that is reserved or sold withdraws automatically rather than sitting there marked "reserved." Portal rejections for missing mandatory data — such as a GEG energy-certificate figure — raise an alert instead of failing silently. Portal syndication itself is a solved problem; the value here is purely integration, one price edit propagating to website, portals and CRM status at once instead of three systems maintained by hand.
