Can I sign up and set everything up myself?
Not yet. The Solo self-service path is still to follow. Today the honest entry is an intro call: we look at your property and next letting, recommend the small set of apps that fits, and explain what can already carry the process before you decide.
Do I need all five apps?
No. The apps are modular. If the immediate problem is listing and selection, Reach and Close can be the starting point; Core keeps the property record underneath. Move-in and Home become useful when you want the handover and resident communication connected too.
What does fair selection mean?
Close organises applications, viewing notes and screening context so you can apply the same criteria in a comparable, documented path. The decision remains yours; the product helps you make it carefully instead of piecing it together from portal messages.
Which portals and checks can connect?
The available connectors include Kleinanzeigen, ImmoScout24 and WG-Gesucht for distribution, plus SCHUFA for screening context. We confirm the exact connector scope and required accounts during setup, because the process still depends on each provider.
Can contracts and signatures stay digital?
Docusign is available as a connector, and Close can keep the contract step with the applicant record. You remain responsible for the contract content and legal fit; we map the signing path and the handover sequence around the tools you choose.
What does Solo cost?
Pricing follows the same model: Core at a fixed monthly price plus the apps you use per unit with volume tiers. Because Solo self-service is not open yet, we discuss the practical entry and the applicable scope in the intro call before any commitment.
