Digital access, parcel logistics, and mobility in one interface instead of island apps.
Access & Mobility replaces key management, uncontrolled entry, and parcel chaos with digital access to the front door, cellar, and bookable rooms via app, transponder, or code, plus time-limited access for tradespeople, delivery services, and guests. Logging is GDPR-compliant with purpose limitation and a defined retention period, and an absence delegation lets residents grant temporary access to trusted people. A parcel room or lockers notify on storage with a pickup code by email or SMS, charging points show real-time occupancy with consumption-based billing, and access is automatically revoked at contract end, coupled to the move-out workflow. The point is integration, not building hardware: access, booking, parcels, and mobility live in one interface with Concierge as the single point of information.
