Community Hub
A neighborhood feed, groups, and lending built on the login residents already use.
The Community Hub builds on the Resident Portal login and turns mandatory-use residents into optional community participants, rather than using community as the entry bait. Each building gets a neighborhood feed, optionally district-wide for larger developments, with posts as text, photo, poll, or event proposal, and a moderation suggestion before publishing that checks tone, insults, and spam. Interest groups form once a threshold of interested residents is reached, a lending exchange sends return reminders, and neighborhood-help requests stay clearly separated from the commercial services in the marketplace. By default everything is limited to a resident's own property or district for data-protection reasons, and moderation rules follow the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
