Access is coupled to the booking so the door opens only within the reserved slot, and pricing spans single bookings, credit accounts, memberships, and a free allowance per unit with integrated payment. Occupancy reporting runs by hour and weekday, and persistently underused rooms surface as a repurposing signal that feeds the Amenity Optimizer in the Scout app.
