Pulse addresses the fact that dissatisfaction today usually only becomes visible at termination or an escalated ticket. It runs short two-to-four-question surveys on an infrequent cadence to avoid survey fatigue, split into living, service, and community themes, benchmarked anonymously across properties and portfolio. Alongside the explicit answers it aggregates passive signals from ticket tone in the Operate app, feed sentiment in the Community Hub, and booking behavior in Spaces & Bookings, always anonymized so management sees no individual profiles. An early-warning map uses traffic-light logic per building or building section, and visible feedback closes the loop, showing residents the measure and timeline that followed what they said. The overall sentiment feeds the Vipe Index in the Grow app.
