The Owner Hub serves two distinct roles: unit owners and WEG managers in the WEG portal, and investors and landlords in the Landlord Cockpit. The WEG portal issues meeting invitations with agendas that honor the deadlines of the German Condominium Act (WEG), supports hybrid in-person and video attendance with digital proxy proof, records resolutions during the meeting, and keeps a searchable resolution archive across years. The Landlord Cockpit shows return per apartment from rental income, costs, and value development, prepares tax paperwork including the income-from-letting (V+V) overview and depreciation (AfA) schedule, and runs re-letting automation: an incoming termination automatically triggers the exposé and marketing workflow in the Reach and Close apps. A portfolio view across units adds a next-best-action recommendation.
